Something concerns me I look to your old discussion posts and all are gone

Am I making a mistake by posting my diary in a discussion? Is there a time limit on things on this site? Where are all those posts? Also can you help me I do not know how to post on my wall at all?

How did you surgery go? I did not know you were in Phoenix. So am I. I saw Joe Cross at the Barnes & Noble at Desert Ridge a couple weeks ago. Excellent presentation.

A friend of mine who is well-versed in Asian culture and history has recently suggested that I incorporate a "traditional" Japanese diet after my reboot. I know you seem to eat mostly Asian as well - any thoughts on the "traditional" angle? This would require a lot of research and learning on my part, but I do like Japanese food (what I have had so far), so I think it might be an interesting challenge to make it myself. I love "authentic" ethnic food of any sort, not the fake stuff we pass off here in the US. (My college major was Anthropology!)

Senior citizens have a unique perspective on health. We have more issues to be considered than weight loss. Although some of us are in this for weight loss, we struggle with issues like strength/mobility, bone health, and other health problems associated with aging. I am going to be 70 in 2014 and my husband and I are raising 2 grandchildren, so it is in my best interest to stay healthy as I continue to "age gracefully". I have done several reboots/juice fasts. I am 80-85% raw and 100% vegan. If there are any other senior citizens going through this reboot with Joe, let's hear from you. Good luck!

Lovely, supportive and encouraging group for everyone who is starting with reboot and needs a place to get motivation, advice and juicing company.:) Feel free to join! Lots of friendly chat and support only. I would appreciate no food talk. :) Happy juicing! Trust the journey!
