Hey willrev---Ewwwww frozen green beans....like fuzzy catepillars or they are covered with dust bunnies. Yuck! I won't eat frozen green beans either!
Hi willrev---Thanks for friending me. It's great to have another juicing buddy.
The chicks will probably enjoy the freggie pulp. (can use veggie pulp for broth or freeze some for later use) I usually take a bucket of pulp to my neighbor's horses every few days. They love it!
Love North Carolina. Our daughter lived in Wilmington for 5 years during her surgery residency.
Nice to meet ya'. Keep on keeping on. ~~ IZzi~~

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!

Pounds and Proverbs is a place, for those of us that have pounds to lose, to post words of wisdom that keep us moving forward in this journey to take back our health. Please, no theological debates.... keep that in a private message amongst yourselves. I see Joe Cross as the Evangelist to Health that Billy Graham is to Spiritual Health. I thank God for Joe Cross! ~Janet S.
