I just met with my doctor today and was officially diagnosed with Diabetes. This closely follows my interest in rebooting. I talked to my doctor about managing my blood sugar with juicing and she agreed we would wait 3 months and then recheck by blood work to see if it improved. So I'm highly motivated to change my diet and I know juicing can help. I've been having juice for breakfast and lunch , with a good healthy dinner each day and have lost over seven pounds in 13 days. I am not yet ready to commit to a full reboot program, but i know that I will in the near future.

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!
