i am a new triathlete, have lost 100 lbs and am near my ideal weight. I am considering a reboot in order to take my nutrition to the next level...however, I am concerned about protein needs for recovery from intense workouts. I workout 9-10 hours per week on average. I want to juice and still eat, but focus more on plant based foods. How can I balane my present situation and not compromise performance?
