• Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I joined the reboot with Joe community in February 2015. The Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead documentaries opened my eyes to a healthier way of living my life. I have lost 30 pounds so far and my goal is to lose another 30 pounds! The motivation and inspiration I have found from Joe's community has helped me become more active, focus on a plant-based diet, exercise more, and now I no longer take any medications for BP or cholesterol issues. I have been spreading the word of juicing and I am impacting many people every single day with my passion for being healthier and living a happier balanced life and I owe it all to the inspiration from Joe!

I want this to be a place where you can go for hope, inspiration and non judgmental comments! If you fall off, get right back on again! We're only human!
