  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: The first 35 years of my life I was the poster child for health. My diet may not have always reflected great choices, but I worked out 3+ hours a day, was very active and for the most part I made good lifestyle choices. My goal is begin to reclaim the healthy me that is trapped inside this body. Lose weight, build endurance and for goodness sake, to stop taking all of these medications that I know are causing more harm than good in the long run. My daughters are grown and will be starting families soon and I MUST stick around to be a part of the lives, walk them down the isle, play with my grand babies, visit far away places with my wonderful wife and do it all with a high quality of life, not just an existence like I painfully watched my mother go through in the last 8 years of her life. A vibrant women, full of life, that was sidelined by diseases and chronic illnesses. I refuse to let that be me!

    Hi Tony,

great news! Those blood sugars are fabulous. It sounds like you are doing really well. Thanks for letting me know I'm just checking in. The Suja seems good quality. Get the least sweet juice you can though. Suja may not the 80:20

Doing well, busy as all heck with work, but doing juice only has freed up a lot of the time I was spending in the kitchen week one. I have been preparing in advance 6 (16 ounce) mason jars of juice each day. I did see this product in a 59 ounce bottle at Costco (discounted $5.00 so it was $7.50 each) that would be nice when traveling but I assume it does not have near the same micronutrients as making it myself. http://www.sujajuice.com/products/suja-essentials/...

My BS is around 90-110 each reading. :-)

It seems the reboot recipes take a commitment in finding the correct ingredients and the preparation?
