  • About: I'm 38years old, just got married in October have a great job that I love, but I'm very unhealthy. Just in two months I have been treated for the flu, sevier IBS, and now as of today bronchitis, upper respitory infection and am taking 4 new medications including a steroid. I regularly take meds for anxiety and high blood pressure. I'm so very tired of being sick it cost time off work, for the meds no insurance, and doctor bills. I'm also in the obese category I currently weigh230 lbs and am 5'6". I had viewed the movie about a year ago and really wanted to try a reboot but never did. Now I think I have to, I have to get healthy again. I'm to young and have to much to give the world to not be partaking in life's events. As we speak I took my first dose of my ZPAK, first days round of steroids which was6 pills, 2tremadol for pain and 10 cc's of cough meds with codeine. So I'm in bed with my iPad a bottle of water and some Kleenex oh and my 2kittens lulu and Chongo. I have reached that point. The point I was waiting for all these years to get to. You know in the back of your mind you can do it, but you don't have the conviction I have reached that point. It's time to act.

Let's start spring with a swift kick and do a reboot for the month of April. Our group began in March; some started and some left...but many stayed. This group is for anyone who wants to do a full juice fast. That means no solids are eaten OR talked about. If you feel that you need to be eating while juicing, there are other groups that have that as their focus. If you slip while on your reboot, just tell us that you slipped without going into specifics...and continue on. "Start by doing what's necessary, then do what's possible. Suddenly you're doing the impossible." St. Francis of Assisi
