    Yes Day 11 and feeling amazing. Worst part is cooking for the family. Staying strong and losing weight. I have not weighed but I can really tell I have dropped some pounds. I can walk and breathe now. 11 Days ago my AFIB was so bad that was hard. Well have an Amazing day all!

    Well, I am ashamed and once I got off the reboot I jumped right over the highest number I had ever seen. I am starting once again with hopes that something will click this time. I am always great until I take that first taste of food,,then it is over and I can not get back on,,this time I will shoot for the stars and NOT take that first taste, until I am wehre I need to be.

    Feel much better today, more energy! I am on my 3 rd day again , Started new Reboot on June 1st ,,,,sometimes I have to wonder why I keep making myself go through these first three days over and over! Why do I get off just to get back on over and over Crazy self Sabotage !

    Well today has been an eye opening Experience, I must stay focused! I am all in. I will start putting pictures on my wall, so I can face my demons! I hate this size, wear black everyday, LOL I am on the Beach in Florida! Tried some of my last summer shorts on! Yea right NO WAY , and they are all 18,s! Going down, following my friend Chris Evans! He has been on an AMZING journey and has helped us or can help us all! Thanks Chris for staying focused so we can follow!

    thanks for stopping by my page. when you or others write me and tell me that im an inspiration to them it really touches me and i appreciate it. i may not can get to you as soon as i would like. i wish they would develop an app vs going thru the web to write people back and forth. im usually on the go but having to sit down and write you all back is a pleasure. i hate the way that sounded because it made me sound like a superstar or something lol. but you asked when i incorporated smoothies...ON DAY 1! lol. maybe day 2 but before i started juicing i would always make smoothies. i would add yogurt to them and use store bought apple juice. when i started to juice i went to fresh fruit i would buy, cut up, and freeze in baggies. i swapped out apple juice for watermelon juice and did away with the yogurt. so the transition was easy for me. it was my sweet treat for myself because i would always get hungry at night and this would be enough to satisfy me.

    your first three days of your reboot is going to be the toughest just stick with it. drink a lot of water and make a lot of smoothies if you can. im here to help

    Yesterday was a touch day for day 2, My reboot said it was day 1. What's a day when you are juicing? Today is actually day 3, I should get past the tiredness today, I woke up much better than the last two days. I am at home as scheduled for the first three days. I am going to do this! I know I can. My Health really needs the boost and I know I will feel much better with soe weight off!

    Started over yesterday , Today is Day 2 once again,,I will not be stuck on Ground Hogs day! I refuse, to stay where I am. I am at 249lbs today, and will count those pounds down with my days. I have my juice ready to roll!

    Great day today! Amazing, strong, calm. Not hungry at all, had to make myself eat. I lost another three pounds today to go along with the three pounds yesterday. I know it will slow soon, but feels great now watching that scale go down. I am getting my energy back, and my hands do not hurt , normally moving my fingers and knuckles hurt. NO pain in my knee,,so things are good! I will be here for a long time and thank God for the chance to be here. See you all on the weigh down, good night
