    Hiya TIlly,

After my 60 days total juice reboot ended earlier this year I too was concerned about the eating out side. However I found with all the skills under my belt and all the research I had done, that all ended up being good.

One of several things I did immediately afterwards would be when invited to a restaurant, for example, was to check out the menu online of a restaurant ahead of time. I would choose foods from there and stick to it. I also recall going to a huge buffet place for a birthday celebration. Rather than eat the foods shown I found a Thai chef who made me some special dishes that I knew of. I also ordered fresh juice served in cocktail glasses. Additionally, I joined a lot of healthy food sites... Many vegan...and wella! No problem. Loads of recipes; also check out the tabs here on Joe's site.

Near a year later since my beginning here on this site, I just know what to avoid. It will all come to you in time. No worries.

    Happy rebooting.

Hi All, have just found the Rebooter website. Wow it is amazing! I've tried every diet going, none of them have made me feel so alive as now. I am on day 7. and could do with some buddies for inspirational support on this journey. My worry is WHAT to order when eating out, does any one have any tips please?

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!

I thought since the Holidays are coming up as well as the end of the year and I would rather start the year off on a positive note then as a desperate resolution, I will do nothing but juices, smoothie and salad until the end of the year. I know just juices alone would give me faster weight loss but I am trying to focus on health and not just weight alone as well as something that is sustainable for the long haul. I would love company and support if anyone else is interested? Join me and we can encourage and support each other. :)
