• Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: My husband and I watched Joe's documentary and wanted to see if juicing could have the same health and weight loss effects for us. While we both love fruits and vegetables and probably consume more than the average American, we still have an unhealthy diet with processed foods and meat. Hopefully, this reboot will make us healthier and restart our taste buds.

Fat Tuesday is right around the corner and I am going to give up food and go juice only this year. It would be great if others wanted to do it as well. Even though this fast is rooted in Catholic traditions you don't have to be Catholic or a Christian to benefit from the effects of juicing for over 40 days. Ash Wednesday is February 10th and according to Google goes until March 24 which is Holy Thursday but I have always waited to end my fast on Easter. Whichever day you choose is your call.
