day one was February 3, felt okay and was able to keep from eating anything bad, I ate a few strawberries in the afternoon and after getting home had an avocado and pistachios. though I know I'm only suppose to juice, I'm delighted in knowing I was able to drink 32 oz of water. Hopefully I can start drinking more. I currently weigh 186 and hope to get down to 160. I work in a deli so its going to be a challenge and have two jobs, but I'm sure if I'm dedicated enough I can accomplish what I want to do,
