Juicer arrived at last yesterday, so back on nutriblast and juicing and meal at night. in 3 weeks I have lost 8lb which i'm very happy with as i'v had more naughty food days than I should of, plus problems with juicer, also its a bit harder to loose weight with under active thyroid, So pleased, i'm giving myself a huge pat on my back. I hope everyone else is doing great with juicing etc with what ever plan they are on.

well the juicer I bought isn't working, I will get my hubby to look at it. no more weight lost but on the plus side I am more alert than I have been in a very long while, coming round a lot quicker in a morning is also a bonus as I am able to get more stuff done. how are things going for you?

Bought a better juicer, getting loads more juice from veg and fruit, so been having juice for breakfast and lunch then having my evening meal for the last 3 days, jumped on scales this morning and lost 4.5 lbs. I'm going to carry on with this plan and see how I get on. Even been for a long walk today, I'm so unfit I could hardly get my breath but carried on. so I'm feeling very pleased with myself today. :)

not been on complete juice, been having juice or nutri blast and evening meal, not lost much if any weight yet, but have noticed my skin isn't as dry, so the increased fruit and veg daily is doing some good.
