  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I want to lose weight, gain energy, and think clearer. I also want to give up my caffeine addiction and learn to drink herbal teas instead as a hot drink substitute. I am hoping that by hydrating myself this program will cure the herniated discs in my back so that I can run again.

    Hi Susan,

Oh my God! I can almost copy paste your post and just substitute to 'Food addiction'. I am so depressed as I have been 8 months suffering back pain and want to be able to jog/exercise again.

    Hello Hadam,

I'm 51 yrs old now and feel like I've been falling apart., I've been so depressed. I'm hoping that this reboot lubricates my joints and heals my back (I believe it will). Back injections didn't work. I always felt that deep down inside my body's "reserves" were exhausted and my body would no longer compensate for any of the caffeine or processed food I was taking in. How are you doing so far on the reboot?
