    I thought since the Holidays are coming up as well as the end of the year and I would rather start the year off on a positive note then as a desperate resolution, I will do nothing but juices, smoothie and salad until the end of the year. I know just juices alone would give me faster weight loss but I am trying to focus on health and not just weight alone as well as something that is sustainable for the long haul. I would love company and support if anyone else is interested? Join me and we can encourage and support each other. :)

    There are some important points to keep in mind when you are Rebooting: Tips for Modifying Your Reboot: Consider the 10-Day Reboot plan or the first 5 days of the 15-Day Classic Reboot, which includes eating + juicing. The extra fiber from whole vegetables and fruits will help keep your blood sugar steady, simply replace the sweeter fruit only meals with a green smoothie. Add a scoop of Reboot protein powder to help keep your sugars stable. Include blended vegetables and fruits. Fiber from complex carbohydrates in the form of whole foods is KEY. It will help keep your sugar levels steady and by making your smoothie or blend with mostly vegetables, you will also lower the total carbohydrate amount while keeping the nutrient levels high Pay extra attention to hydration and drink plenty of water. When you’re dehydrated, your blood is more concentrated and sugar levels can be higher. Stay active—exercise has its own way of helping keep blood sugar levels in check. While strength training is important, regular cardiovascular exercise has been shown to have the greatest positive impact on diabetic patients. See our Reboot Movement Method. Create your juices with more veggies than fruits. Be sure to follow our tried and true 80/20 rule of 80 percent veggies and 20 percent fruits. Look for juice recipes that are listed as good for diabetes in the Reboot with Joe Juice Diet Cookbook or 101 Juice Recipes; these are lower in sugar and carbohydrates.

    We all hear that juicing is healthy for us, but do we know why! Do we really know what's in it? Vegetables and Fruits should be a part of our everyday life. I believe it's important to understand the health benefits behind this good stuff. So I will take the time to do some research and post for all of you that want to understand more about this juicing and why we should make it a part of our everyday life. Joe has on this site in alphabetical order a juicing list of vegetables and fruits. I have selected each one and found some beneficial information that may be useful to you. Beside each vegetable and fruit will be the web address in which I collected this information. Feel free to research it more. I just pulled a portion of information from these sites. Here's to juicing and here's to health so juice on my juicing friend. Please be patient as I collect this information for you. This group wall will only be for reading. No posts please.

    Watching FSND (several times) I see one person in each film that had a persistent medical condition. After a reboot, they continued with one juice a day, which kept there troubles in check. This is health care via one juice a day! Impressive. I am doing this mostly for weight loss but that is health. I have done this for 6 of the last 8 days and am getting results. I welcome you all to join and explore this doable approach.

    JOIN ME!!! I have a challenge for us... Let's do this for 30 days!! If you fall off just get back up!! But see... We WON'T fall off! Let's prove to ourselves that we are capable of doing this. LET'S BE A TEAM! Let's start living a healthier lifestyle. You even being on this site is already a start. I need some motivation and I can motivate you as well. Let's help eachother out. Let's stop trying and start doing. It may be hard but it isn't impossible. WE can work together and push eachother. On our days when we feel like giving up, let's speak up and seek some words of encouragement. I'm starting today but even if you see this post late, STILL join. I will push you and help you reach your goals. If you're not joining, I would appreciate any advice or any words to motivate or inspire me. I'm on day one and I'm fighting! I'll be posting my recipes and experience day by day until WE reach 30 days. If you stop after 30 days, don't go back to old habits! EAT HEALTHIER and excersice. Do it for your own good. Love yourself enough to make this change. Question for you... Do you want to be happier? Do you want to feel more energy? Live longer? Be able to do things you were never able to? THEN START TODAY AND SEE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE. I know you want to look into the mirror and see a difference for once. Trust yourself and give this your all. Change begins with YOU. Remember that hard work pays off and great things require hard work. Btw, a BIG thanks to Joe! You helped me start TODAY and stop making excuses.
