Sunshine

  • About: Sick of being FAT! I have no other health issues…no high blood pressure…no diabetes…no cholesterol…only issue is OBESITY! And I am truly sick of it. Started out with a vegan eating plan on 26 of Jan 2015. Started at 228 lbs and lost 18 lbs till 23 Mar 2015. Thereafter have been doing 100% juicing and then eating healthy foods intermittently have been able to lose 50lbs overall and maintaining it, with a few lbs gain here and there and then losing it again. I am currently enjoying my juices and healthy eating plan. Weight loss as slowed down alright, but this is my lifestyle now and I have embraced it whole wholeheartedly. Hopefully I will reach my goal weight one day, which is 150 lbs. But I'm not fretting over it right now. I feel pretty good already :)

A simple 30 day reboot!! Summer is closing in on us and I am ready to enjoy it with a fresh restart. Join me for a pre-surf, pre-beach juice fest (I live in Kansas but I have plans). If all goes well I plan to turn this into a 60 day reboot. Let's help keep each other motivated for this life changing event.

New to Juicing? Veteran Juicer? All are welcome. Calling out to anyone who would like to join us in losing those extra pounds, keeping it off and celebrating this life like you have always dreamed of. You will find this group very approachable & friendly (most importantly non judgmental and supportive) with many veteran juicers as well as newbies, all in it together...juicing our way to good health and happiness! Here at Sunshine Clubbe we consider this a journey for life, not just another "diet plan" which will end one day. We are working towards a lifestyle change, so that we do not go back to our old eating habits and put back all the lost weight. We Sunshiners believe in spreading warmth...care...kindness...love and peace. We know we can do it. Lets do it together!!!
