Great! I'm on day 4 and I get what everyone says...I have so much energy and mental clarity. Gaining confidence too! How are you?

I wasn't going to weigh myself for this reboot, which I started Saturday, but when I restarted Tuesday, yes, I did weigh myself. I read in Habits of 7 Highly Successful Juicers: 7 Ordinary People, 7 Extraordinary Results - Kindle edition by Angela Von Buelow, Shane Whaley that Angela weighed herself everyday, and seeing her daily weight loss kept her motivated to continue. I lost 4 lbs in a day - at 144 from 148 lbs (I'm about 5' 4") water weight/fat/or a combination--- whatever it is, it is motivating! I want to lose 30 lbs to be at my ideal weight of 118 lbs.

I haven't exercised yet on the juice fast. Do you recommend starting slow?

im used to going 3 to 4 times a week 2 houres at a time in the gym.

this time i only went for an hour. but my body felt really good after.

maybe starting by a powerwalk an some cycling. but remember every type of excerise helps.

my motto: youre only one work out away from a good mood ;-)

how is the reboot doing for you? any weight loss already?

Yes, I posted about the weight loss. I might try some light stretching today or even a power walk, and I don't own a bike, but I was thinking of joining the gym this weekend or next week when my energy is up so I can use a stationary bike or take a spin class. Those are fun!

A group for those interested in not only doing a reboot but using it as a tool to effect serious change in your life. Use this opportunity to kick cravings out, face mental demons, load up on tons of fruits and vegetables and start living the life you always knew you could! I just completed my first 60 day juice only reboot on Thanksgiving (11-28-14) and lost 40lbs!!!! I felt great and still do but am not mentally where I want to be with food yet and physically still need to lose about 40lbs. So, I enjoyed my month after Thanksgiving to Christmas eating a mostly vegan diet and am ready to kick off another 60 day juice reboot. All are welcome, newbies and veterans alike, and although I am doing juice only and hope others will join me, all rebooters are welcome whether you juice only or don't or if it is for 60 days or 3. Let's join together and encourage one another to freedom!!!!
