  • Question about Weekly Recipe

    I was browsing around the site and I saw a recipe for Thai Infused Vegetable broth and it says that we can have it during the juicing only phase and I didn't realize we could have anything like that if we were just juicing so I am excited. When it says vegetable pulp- does it matter if the pulp has a green apple or a lemon. I usually do kale, celery, spinach, cucumber and a green apple and maybe a pear and a lemon in my main juice that I drink all day. Do I have to separate the pulp before I put the fruit in to use for the recipe-- or can I use that to.

    I thought Saturday would be a great day to officially begin my reboot-- I thought at least 10 days of only juicing would be great, but if I can go longer-- that will be awesome! Beginning Saturday because its a long holiday weekend... Anyone want to join me? I would love some company and buddies along the way! I have a LOT of weight to lose-- over 100 lbs and I quit smoking 3 weeks ago-- so all the help and encouragement I can get-- I so welcome!

    Hi Everyone! I am on hour 7 of my 30 day reboot- last one was in October but didn't do as well as I had wanted- so now- I begin anew! Spring into fitness! So far so good- just juicing and looking forward to a wonderful 30 days! Sneaking on the computer at work- but would love to hear from others who are starting now or soon!
