• About: I started out at 314 lbs in January/2016, and I have a goal weight 220-225lbs. I cut out all sweets/desserts in January and started exercising 3-4 times a week, and I've managed to knock off 18 lbs as of now (Aug/16). I watched the two Sick Fat and Nearly Dead movies last week and was inspired. My wife and I are embarking on a 5 day reboot this weekend - our first one - and I'm looking forward to seeing how I feel after it. I've eliminated caffeine, vastly reduced my meat intake, and amped up the vegetables and fruit I've been consuming this week in preparation for the reboot - and I'm feeling better already. Here we go!
