    Hi everyone - I love reading the posts on here but is anyone else having the same problem as me regarding speed? Every action seems to take a couple of minutes - no such thing as a quick message - I have to commit at least 10 minutes to even answer anyone and if it's a popular thread it can take longer.

    Hi - I'm starting my reboot on 1st September and am trying to find an alternative to celery. I can cope with everything else, but hate celery with a vengeance. Can you suggest an alternative please?

    Hi - I have watched FS&ND and though both Joe and Phil have lost large amounts of weight they don't seem to have loose skin from the rapid weight loss. I am wondering whether it's because of the exercise or whether the nutrition they have been absorbing counteracts it.

    I'd be grateful to know how I can counteract this before starting my reboot (planning 60 days) on 1st September.

    Hi - I wonder if you could help me with this. I started juicing on 1st September but it was a couple of weeks before I got hold of a scale so I don't know about weight loss during the first couple of weeks.

    I was strictly juicing, with lots of water intake, and I put on a pound. After a week of pure juicing and a week of juice plus a hot vegetable meal, I have lost just under a pound.

    I will continue with my regime of purely fruit and vegetables because I feel better for it but I just don't understand why I'm not losing weight especially as I haven't been juicing for that long.
