  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: Years ago after watching "Fat, Sick , and Nearly Dead" I completed a 30 day juice fast followed by a 12 week raw initiative. I had never felt better. Even though I was still overweight I had no joint pain, no stomach problems, no headaches and no hives! I need to get back on track, balance my body and prepare with a better maintenance plan.
  • Favorite Juice? Carrot, Apple, Ginger
  • Food temptation? Pizza and bread.

    Thanks Julieanne, I am juicing. I have decided to eat one meal consisting of lean protein and veggies and juicing for the rest of the day. So far it's working out. I need to exercise but found that the juice alone left me with little energy. Not to say that I can't fit in a day or two of juice only to give me a push. As long as I stay away from the grains and sugar I can keep my appetite at bay. I really appreciate the check in :)

    It's officially SPRING and our bodies need to do some spring cleaning. Let's kick it off with a juice fast. It can be any number of days. Where you start or finish doesn't matter - just give it a try. Let the countdown to summer begin. As the title says "NO FOOD TALK". Discussions about food can throw off your fellow juicers, so be careful. BEING OVERWEIGHT IS HARD. LOSING WEIGHT IS HARD. CHOOSE YOUR HARD! Kate
