    Hi Eric - Thanks for checking in. Today is my 45th day and I'm doing great. A bit of a challenge over the last 4 or 5 days, but not directly because of juice fasting. I needed to make some major adjustments to my juices in preparation for a medical procedure. It was interesting, but tested and proved my resolve to make it to 60 days.

    Hey Eric - I'm doing great! I'm finishing my 26th day and I'm really pleased with how I'm feeling and my energy levels. I don't know if I would call juicing really easy, because it does take some planning, but in many ways it's a simpler way of living because there just isn't all of the "food noise" running thru my head. It sounds like you are doing well, and I was glad to hear that you are back on track. I really think those first few days are the hardest, not just because of our bodies adjusting to juicing, but there is so little to lose. When we've only juiced a day or two, it's so easy to throw in the towel and start fresh the next day. But once we get a few days going, it's much harder to stop and start over, if only for the reason of not wanting to throw away the days we have invested. You're doing great things with your group, and it's a very strong active group too!

    Hi Stacy,

    Thanks for the add to your friends list. Let's have fun and get healthy. I've tentatively thrown my hat in the ring with the Reboot til Thanksgiving group (although I won't be starting until after a trip to Las Vegas (I've got to be honest with myself, there's no way I'm dieting while there...but I won't go crazy either). Sterling Girl is also a part of that group, so, if you join you'll be among old group mates.

    I hope all is going well with you; did you continue the reboot? modified reboot? Let me know how things are going on your journey to health.

    You've heard it all before. Chris is going to do the reboot, yadda yaddah yaddah then after 3 days gives up and starts eating shit. Well I 've had a wake up call this week and definitely need to do this. I know Eric is having a another go, well so am I. If I fail this time, please will you all shout at me on here and tell me what a loser and quitter I am. If you are in the mood to start this again, please join me, need all the help I can get.

    A group for those interested in not only doing a reboot but using it as a tool to effect serious change in your life. Use this opportunity to kick cravings out, face mental demons, load up on tons of fruits and vegetables and start living the life you always knew you could! I just completed my first 60 day juice only reboot on Thanksgiving (11-28-14) and lost 40lbs!!!! I felt great and still do but am not mentally where I want to be with food yet and physically still need to lose about 40lbs. So, I enjoyed my month after Thanksgiving to Christmas eating a mostly vegan diet and am ready to kick off another 60 day juice reboot. All are welcome, newbies and veterans alike, and although I am doing juice only and hope others will join me, all rebooters are welcome whether you juice only or don't or if it is for 60 days or 3. Let's join together and encourage one another to freedom!!!!
