I love the way I feel on the reboot. But my work schedule gets in the way.
Example- doing 5 day reboot this week.
Next week- business trip so thinking to do juices for bfast, lunch and midmorning and afternoon snacks, sticking mainly to green juices (red or orange in morning), and then a reasonable dinner (clients). Is this sabotage? Dangerous? Stupid? Not worth it?
Week after- want to do another 5 day reboot. Should that be only reserved to once a month??
