  • 5 days better than none?

    hi. work takes me astray from juicing. I can squeeze in 5 days in a row here and there. is that bad or good? I feel great when I am juicing.

    also, what if I can juice for bfast, lunch and a snack and then ate a dinner. is that wrong? help!

  • Frequency- how often can you do a 5 day reboot?

    I love the way I feel on the reboot. But my work schedule gets in the way.
    Example- doing 5 day reboot this week.
    Next week- business trip so thinking to do juices for bfast, lunch and midmorning and afternoon snacks, sticking mainly to green juices (red or orange in morning), and then a reasonable dinner (clients). Is this sabotage? Dangerous? Stupid? Not worth it?
    Week after- want to do another 5 day reboot. Should that be only reserved to once a month??
