    Hi!

    Good job on day 3- I'm starting today, so I thought let's help each other :))

    Maybe try having a super-veg-based juice? We can drink as much juice as possible-- so don't sit with a grumbly tummy, that's no fun...from my own (limited) experience- seems the super-veg juices "stick" more lol ... Good luck!

    Hi,

    Sure, we can support each other. What's on the juice menu for today?

    I've got to go shopping, again! Juicing seems to require a lot more trips to the market. I've decided to add carrots to my green juice, well, now orangish-green juice, to make it more palatable. Someone recommended using baby kale and spinach to lighten the green taste. Since I have a HUGE sweet tooth, I need to add more fruit, as to not get discouraged from feeling too deprived.

    Day 3: spent most of the day with my stomach growling! I would drink water to stop the growling, but ~20 minutes later, it was back! I drank a glass of juice and it helped, the growling returned ~60 minutes. I do not know what my body is trying to communicate to the brain, but I know for certain, I am hungry. I even tried Rx for GERD and that helped for a couple of hours.

    So, I watched FS&ND just now for inspiration and am going to attempt to fall and stay asleep with the tummy tiger growling and pacing in its cage!
