    I am constantly going to the bathroom between juice and water, I am doing well with juice altho my huband hates every glass i have brought him so far!

    I'm trying to find a combo that he likes, today his stomach is really bothering him and he wants to eat an apple or a piece of celery rather than juicing.

    Why only juice? what is the health benefit you get from not eating all that fiber? Just curious I had a hard time finding a straight answer , thank you!

    Normally on a normal diet we don't eat past 6pm. last night i had my last glass of juice around then and went to bed hungry and woke up only having lost one pound vs the 3 i lost the previous two days.

    Just wondered if we need to follow that rule on a juice reboot/fast

    I tend to make my own style veggie juice instead of keeping it to the mean green recipe I add carrots, peppers, spinach grapes a pear sometimes fennel. I make sure to keep it 80% veggies 20% fruit. Could I be losing more weight if I stuck to the mean green only?

    Asked a friend that has done very well juicing about some options, she suggested smooth move tea or a teaspoon of Metamucil 3x's a day. I have also read that chia seeds help.

    I am on day 26 and this is first time I have felt this way

    I am looking for some advice one how to get more regular. I vary between runny bathroom experiences to feeling like a whole lot is going to happen but only producing small cute little pewps! I went this morning a little but still feel backed up.
    Suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to ruin all my progress by doing the wrong thing. Thank you7

    I have this foggy headed weird feeling in my head around my eyes not dizzy its just odd. First time I have been dealing with anything like this never had it during my first few days.

    I drink enough water for an elephant and average from 4-5 glasses of juice a day.

    Any ideas? I do add coconut water to my water or juice as well.

    I am on day 41 of a 60 day juice fast and am starting to really think about what I am going to be eating after a juice only diet. I am looking to get rid of 150 pounds, I am nearing 50. I realize I cant juice till I lose all the weight so I was curious who has continued to lose, what have you done, how and what are you eating etc.

    I do about an hour of aerobic exercise everyday and have no issues with drinking the water its just the food I am wondering about. Ive thought perhaps juicing and eating might take the weight off quicker than just eating.

    I did 67 days and lost an amazing amount of weight. I was looking for anyone else that is like me and wants to continue losing after only juice.

    I have been juicing twice a day and eating a salad for the most part about mid day. I use a home made dressing that is mostly balsamic vinegar.

    Last week I lost four pounds (my first week adding the salad) this week I feel like i have ground to a halt. I am mentally frustrated.

    has anyone else out there done what I am doing and does the weight eventually (sooner rather than later I hope) start coming off again. I am so close to one of my big goals, 21 more pounds and Ill have reached 100 lost and I just need to know things will pick up again.

    Wondering how much weight others may have lost doing what I am doing now. :)
