So I'm back after two years. I took some time way to make some lifestyle changes and get a lot of purging done. I've joined a fitness group on FB as well that has some pretty awesome perks. I finally had a breakthrough about my underlying issues that kept me from staying committed to losing fat and getting healthy, so I am in a different place mentally. Also, I miss my juicer and I've used it only a few times the last couple of years, but that's not enough. So, I am ready to do a 30 day juice fast.

Juicing and eating regular foods. I am also eating plant based meals and monitoring my portion sizes.

Food makes me tired and sluggish, juicing gives me energy and awareness like nothing else, but then I miss eating!! Trying to find balance.
