• About: 70 year old male. 3 years ago I was juicing and weighed 186 lbs after losing 80 lbs from juicing and eating a controlled healthy diet. I've gained it all back...I feel very bad, Can't walk much. Lots of hip pain. I have emphysema so breathing is a problem when exercising. I am here to push myself back into juicing. We'll see what happens.

Senior citizens have a unique perspective on health. We have more issues to be considered than weight loss. Although some of us are in this for weight loss, we struggle with issues like strength/mobility, bone health, and other health problems associated with aging. I am going to be 70 in 2014 and my husband and I are raising 2 grandchildren, so it is in my best interest to stay healthy as I continue to "age gracefully". I have done several reboots/juice fasts. I am 80-85% raw and 100% vegan. If there are any other senior citizens going through this reboot with Joe, let's hear from you. Good luck!

*Individual results may vary. Reboots are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any medical or health condition. Reboots are not recommended for everyone, and before commencing a Reboot or any other nutritional or dietary regimen, you should consult with your qualified health care provider in order to assess any potential benefits or risks to you with consideration of your personal medical situation. You should also continue to work closely with your qualified health care provider if you intend to engage in a long-term Reboot. Our Guided Reboot Programs are not advised for women who are pregnant or nursing.
