My tomato sauerkraut juice is pretty simple. I use 4 tomatoes, 4 carrots, 1 cup sauerkraut with juice. I even put the sauerkraut through the juicer. I can't seem to find low-sodium anywhere. Once that's juiced, I add Mrs. Dash to enhance the flavour a little, hot sauce, black pepper and a heaping tablespoon of prepared horseradish. Add any spices/herbs that you like. I like it spicy. The carrots keep it from being too thick.
