• Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: after watching the first documentary in July ,(I think) something just clicked and I had to give it a go the hardest thing was getting a juicer lol, I think I found the cheapest one but should have spent more money on a better one but this one I have has done really well for a first time juicer.
  • Favorite Juice? peach pie and mean green with mint
  • Food temptation? varies from time to time was sweet things or bread

    Can you juice coconut if so whats the best way to do it , as up here in Scotland I cant find coconut water anywhere so was going to mix the juice with water and drink it that way

    well day 12 and having great positive comments from everyone feels great , and encouraging others to look into the reboot with Joe. 12 days ago I struggled to fasten my 18" shirt collar but yesterday I could easily fit 4 fingers between collar and neck . I'm loving the reboot
