  • About: I am in my late thirties, have five kids, and work full-time. I have two beautiful girls of my own and three awesome soon to be stepchildren. You can only imagine how busy my life is with work, children, and going back to school. I have always struggled with weight as far back as I can remember. I have come to the realization, after many years, that I am emotionally attached to food!! I have gone through many struggles in my life and a lot of these struggles I brought on myself. I let my low self esteem take over and spent a huge chunk of life in horrible relationships. However four years ago I put in end to that and found a person that accepts me for who I truly am!! This relationship revived me and made me believe that I DO DESERVE BETTER!! This positive influence inspired me to be better for myself and my loved ones. So I started eating healthy and exercising. I felt great and lost 35 pounds. I went from a size 12 to a size 6. However life took over, the stress of starting school again and managing kids as well as work just got me back into my old habits. I will be getting married in June 2016 and I need to get back to my healthy lifestyle. I recently watched both of the Sick, Fat, and Nearly Dead movies and they have inspired me to realign my priorities. I think a reboot is what I need to get me back on track!! However I am a little scared of it??
