  • About: I just turned 30 and I have been juicing, dieting, vegetarian and vegan on again off again for 9 years. I am fed up. This is my year. I am trying to establish more of a central support group. I know everything that I need to do. I have my kitchen stocked. I have weights at home. I have work out videos and 3 kids. A 4 month old, 3 year old and a 5 year old. I love working out. I love zumba, weight lifting and want to get more into cross fit, running, indoor cycling, yoga and pilates. Lately my main excuse has been I don't want to. But I am changing that this year.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I decided to join because I have done this before and I really, really want my insides to be happy along with the outside of my body. I just gained 50 lbs from having a baby. I shop up to 250 and now I am working on getting back to my healthy weight loss goal of 135. I am currently at 238. The longest reboot I've gone was 14 days and I am really looking forward to doing this and looking for a support group that can help keep me accountable.
  • Favorite Juice? My own inventions. I haven't gone off of any recipes just yet.
  • Food temptation? greasy foods, ready to go meals, "convenient foods"
