    Day 8 of my juice fast / Reboot with Joe . I woke up feeling well. Headache from yesterday has passed and I slept like a champ. More than halfway there for the goal of 15 days. I am convinced that I am on my way to achieving a much healthier me. My body is shedding loads of toxins that it has been storing for a long long time. Today is a new day and I will stick with my plan. :)

    Hello Salserajen, my name is Asher, today is day 12 for me and I've just started to feel a bit better I spent rather a large segment of time in bed. it gets better, try to drink plenty of fluids besides the juice. Also the store has available app for any Apple products and the app offers many different juices associated with certain ailing conditions. it works well for me you may want to give that a try. Should the problems continue, well you know the answer to that, seek medical help. I hope this can help and that I was not to forward.

    Not too forward at all. Yesterday seemed similar to my days 1 & 2 of my fast, I felt so crummy. Although yesterday was like a terrible headache, nausea... I pushed through and continued with my plan though. If I may ask, what is your ultimate goal with this plan? Mine is to get rid of headaches, aches and pains. I am just losing weight as a "side" effect. But i don't have a lot to lose, in the big picture...

    Day 6 is done. My first day of solely juice, water, and coconut water. I feel great. Last night I didn't sleep very well, so I am hoping that my "sleepy" herbal tea will do the trick! On to another great day tomorrow. :)

    Day 2 of reboot. Felt like I had a cold this morning, head to toe tired. But got up and had my lemon hot water, then my "day 2 breakfast". My first green juice was really good, i did taste kind of like I was drinking a salad, but it was good. Good thing I like salad! My 12 year old is taking videos of me every day and is going to edit a video after my 15 day reboot. My wonderful boyfriend is concerned that I am not feeling well. I assured him that this is my body detoxing. Should be interesting because tomorrow I am going to eat with my friends and I won't eat. How the heck do I handle that????

    Virginia is for lovers....and juicers! Sometimes it's hard to find a good support group, especially when making particularly big or difficult life changes! Online groups are absolutely wonderful for support! Especially because you meet so many people, all going through the same thing, that you wouldn't have met otherwise. The more people you meet, the more you find out how supportive people are and how willing to help and support people they don't know! It's a great feeling! Likewise, it's also nice to be able to find people in your area that you can get together with in person as well! So this is for anyone juicing in Virginia! Maybe you can list any good farmer's markets you have locally, or running/exercise groups, or support groups! I hope this helps anyone who is trying to change for the better! I also hopes this brings out new or existing local support groups to join!
