• Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I've done a couple of 30 day reboots and the 60 day Thyroid reboot in the past and love how I feel . . . after the first week!! But it's been over 2.5 years since I've last rebooted and it's time again. Having struggled since childhood with my weight, and now being 60 and still struggling with my weight, I know I'm at high risk of becoming Type 2 Diabetic. My Father ended up with diabetes as has my elder sister. It's winter here and this may well add to the challenge but I'm tired of feeling tired! Plus I need the extra support knowing there are people from all round the world experiencing the highs and lows of rebooting with me.
