    Hi, yes I am thanks! How are you doing? See on my wall I update everyday this other post with the progress... I "cheated" a bit during the weekend because I had a salad, and yesterday I was a bit cold so I needed something warm and I cooked a tomato and onion soup (home made), i only put a bit of salt some chilies and some black pepper. Steady weight but I am sure I am doing well. :)
