I am started a modified juice fast and I am on day 3. I say modified in that I also eat grilled chicken with salsa when I get too hungry. I plan after I get used to eating less to only drink the juice. But so far this seems to be working. The only thing I use for seasoning for the chicken is salsa. I also wanted to add some protein because I want to work out as well and not lose muscle. Anyone else going a similar route?
