Today I feel lconfident in my journey! I am 207.7 A breath away from the 190,s for the second third time. The one thing that I took away from this holiday season is that food is just food, and even though I gained about 10lbs during the holidays I have chosen to continue on my reboot journey to achieve my goals. This journey isn't about perfection or shaming yourself into submission. This journey is about keep trying until you get it right for yourself. Today Is a perfect day to love yourself were you are at, and to encourage yourself towards were you want to be!!! Healthy food is the best foundation for healing! Mentaly physicals and spiritualy!

    Hello

I am new here and I dont really know how this community work. I can see that it is a month since you posted, so that means you have moved on and are through with this? If you are not, I would like to hear how you are doing. I am going for at least 60 days juicing and I need to loose about 120-140Ibs. It is my seventh day today. *Lotus

Starting day three!! Today my goal is to juice and drink tea and water!!! I gained a few pound yesterday while eating soup mixed with pms. I am trying to get back to juice tea and water only for now. But it has been really hard. I was recently taking adderal for my ADD and maybe that is making it harder to achieve juice only. I am fighting one battle at a time to be successful. This morning being 209.9 made me feel defeated ashamed almost for eating a bowl of soup. While examining my own emoitions i feel the need to celebrate that i had soup instead of pizza. Reframe the shame for a feeling of celebration. In the moment it is hard to hear the truth when you give the number on the scale the power to dictate a victory or a loss..... Today the scale is a tool and a tool only. I choose to become a successful person and a successful rebooter by not giving up!!! The struggle is just a struggle and the struggle will turn into a victory!!!

day one is over with only chocolate and chicken being my trouble!!! Today is a fresh beginning with fresh juice!!! 209 was a scary number yesterday but this morning 207.9 isn't such a bad number. I feel a lot stronger starting this reboot then my beginning last year!!! We all can achieve one choice at a time!

My juice that I made this week Is so full of ginger that it almost burns like alcohol! I think I am gingered out for awhile!! This weeks goals are breaking through the 200's once again!!! With healthy exercise and juice I believe that I can achieve these goals!!! Since I have been on a reboot for so long this past weekend I decided to have a couple days of freedom, but the food that I was eating wasn't healthy and just made me feel sick. Juice makes me feel so good!! I don't know what I was thinking this weekend but Juice and i are best friends! Starting this week out strong!!

Today I gained the courage to get on the scale with a loving attitude towards myself!! I was happy to see 201.5!!! I think i gained a lot of the weight because I didn't sleep enough over the weekend to repair my body from all the activity that I did over the weekend. I also had a little bit higher salt intake then normal from eating cashews. Today i learned to not be so critical about myself when weight isn't coming off the way that I want it to. Being critical isn't a healthy mind set to achieve your goals. Love yourself at each step, be patient and know that as long as you never give up on yourself and keep believing in a healthy life style nothing can get in the way of your success!!!

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!
