  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: This is my 2nd reboot. My first was a 25 day fast during which I lost 21 pounds. 2013 was a difficult year- went through a divorce and all the difficulties that accompany that. It took that year of breaking down, losing a lot, (except weight- funny how that works) to find myself and for my life to come into focus. I'm really looking forward to 2014 and this reboot will be part of my detox and healing process.
  • Favorite Juice? Carrot Apple Kale Ginger
  • Food temptation? Savory foods- especially pizza or a really good burger.

    Re how do I feel at day 29, fantastic! Lol, when I first went back to work last week (8kg / 17.6 lbs down and 5 inches off the mid section), my colleagues new something was different but just couldn't make the connection....Most thought I had a hair cut and colour!

    And you, how are you travelling? All good?

    I'm great! I am a teacher too, so that first week back was brutal, but it helped to be so busy. What grade level do you teach? I teach middle school (6-7) choir. We have concerts in 2 weeks so a goal of mine is to look better from behind while I'm conducting. I consider it a public service to all of those parents who have to sit in the audience. :)

    I'm feeling great. Today is food prep day for me. Peeling oranges, washing and cutting carrots and celery and greens, etc. And hopefully getting a little planning done so my week is less hectic than the last!
