  • About: I joined Joe's free 3-day reboot on January 6, 2014. I went on to complete 60 days, losing 23 pounds on March 6th. I continue to eat salads, fruits, and of course my morning fresh lemon water! I don't count days anymore but instead just take it a day at a time. Went off the grid and gained weight back. But did keep juicing irregularly and therefore; my health did not deteriorate as it was a few years ago when I first started this venture. IT'S A JOURNEY, A PROCESS, AN EDUCATION, AND AN ADVENTURE THAT WILL NOT CHANGE US OVERNIGHT. KEEP GOING FORWARD AND DO BETTER TODAY THAN YOU DID YESTERDAY.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: My ex saw a TV interview about the movie, "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead," and sent me the link via my cell as an insult and a joke. Yeah, that's why he's my ex. lol. But I thought there could just be something to it, so I looked it up online and watched it. I immediately began a serious research on juicers and consumer reports, including size, power, and cost, and then went out and bought a Hamilton Beach juicer and started juicing. My ex was surprised that I was juicing and feeling better and losing weight too, so he also went out and bought a juicer and his back pain went away with just one juice. Our bodies were crying out for more nutrition from our food.
  • Favorite Juice? MEAN GREEN and CARROT/LEMON/GINGER juice
  • Food temptation? ice cream and carbs, both bad for me...
