Where are you from?
If you cant find anyone geographically close that's ok, because there are so many people here to help support you. Just when anything goes wrong or better still, right just email here. Everyone is in the same boat trying to overcome health issues and weight problems.
I have never before until now - today is day 14 for me- done a reboot. I lost 5kg and 4 inches of my midsection the first week (possibly water and glycogen). Though I have plateau-ed for the past week I am sooo not giving up. I have researched Joe's links and found out what the issues could be and so will will take steps to address same. I have come this far as part of my 60 day challenge, and I value my health and life too much to throw the towel in just because the scales haven't moved since last weigh in.
As far as being tempted by foods that I ate in the past to get me to my ''fat and unhealthy'' stage, I have absolutely no inkling to return to them. I was perhaps without thinking in the first few days of the reboot - out of habit- bring food to my lips, but then remembered it was crap like this that got me where I presently am. Even if it was a simple thing like an orange, I would quickly put it down recalling that I was on a total juice plan, hence no full food intake.
Just remember Roberta there is so much support here; we will help you through this. And, if in the unfortunate instance that you ''slip'' an indulge in food esp those that are not plant based, just know that if you get back on the juice plan, you are a winner.
