Cheers Elle, the 16:8 is fasting for 16 hours a day, then having your eating time for 8. Of course I do not eat for a solid 8 hours lol, but just in that time period. I have actually been fasting for 18 hrs a day. Works great for me. one can change the times to suit them, for example, I fast from midnight to either 4pm or now 6pm, then I hit the juice, then eat solid food.

Went from 104 cm stomach/waistline measurements to 102cm. My goal is 94 cm waistline. I find weight scales to be misleading somewhat. Mt weight seems to fluctuate. Juicing and doing the 16:8 . It is working good for me.
Good for you. . . only 8 more cms! May I ask what 16:8 is?
I have been doing pretty good. Right after my my mini reboot, I went right into the 16:8 fasting thing. It is working quite well for me. Still juicing big time in my 8 hour eating period. Happy with results :)
To juice, or not to juice? That is the question! Mate, for sure juice, it is the way to go. Juicing is really improving my life.
What I am beginning to find harder than the actual reboot, is keeping a full stock of veggies and fruit in the house!
WOO HOO! Made the first day and night. Now this is a big thing for me. I actually slept the whole night through. Normally or should I say "abnormally", I would wake up about every hour or two and most of the time scoff some food. that has been the pattern for the last 5 years. Amazing. People it works! If I can make it one day and night, I can make it further. I am stoked! Juicing is giving my body the nutrients that I need therefore I am not "starving" woke up wanting a mean green juice and not my usual coffee. Thank God. :)

Made it through the day, now approaching night, which is my danger period of binge eating. Pretty confident though, feeling good..
I like that term "danger period". If you're mentally prepared for it that's gotta be good. Can't wait to see how you're feeling tomorrow :)
