    Hi Rachel, I had a bad day yesterday, but it was all of the group posts that kept me going, knowing I was not alone. I like what you said about how we ate before was no better. In fact I would feel worse afterwards with bloated belly from gluten and headache from sugar and coffee. So we will all stick together and get through this together! :-)

    things will get easier. The first three days are the toughest. Just take it one juice at a time n u can have as much juice a day as you like or can handle. This is not about starvation it's about rejuvenation

    Thank You CHris. You are a real inspiration. Just seeing your success makes me want to keep going. I cannot continue living the way I waS before and so the only way for me is forward. i just have to ride out the tough times and continue as you say i drink at a time each day at a time.

    Day 1 - I feel enthusiastic. I have had a large cup of lemon and ginger hot water follwed by a red juice and green juice. I have have drunk a litre of water so far. Feeling more alert. However not feeling too great. My head feels heavy and I feel a bit achy and cold. Thinking to myself? How am I going to do this. But I have to do it. The way I was living and felt before was no better. So I may as well go through the pain for a week or so as after I'm going to feel amazing.

    I am so so pumped to start my reboot TODAY! Please anyone feel free to join me so we can motivate and cheer each other along! I have tried a reboot before and didn't make it past the third day but I am so DETERMINED and much better mentally prepped this time, and have lot's of tips! I'm starting a 5 Day Juicing and Eating Detox today followed by 60 Days of Juice Fasting. I will be posting daily video updates (if technology is friendly)!     You may be able to relate to me: I have tried all diets known to woman (well nearly all). All of which resulted in short term fixes. I appear to be bubbly and full of smiles on the outside and even laugh off the fat jokes, but deep down, I am not happy with my weight and have not been for many years. I am here to re-claim my health and in doing so re-claim my life. So here goes, Day 1 of Day 60. Your support and encouragement along my journey would be much appreciated.
