  • About: I struggle with eating all the time especially with life changes and when it's unexpected, unsettled and unhappy. However I chose to also not allow it to control my healthy lifestyle for to long. At some point I find myself letting myself get to about 170 in weight, migraines to regular and not sleeping enough. When I've reach this point I know that I am going down the wrong path. I totally like fitness - the gym, hitting the pavement and promoting a healthier ME (you). So I am determined more than ever to keep this in the forefront of my life. I did this back a few years ago with a dear friend back in 2011 for 21 days, and as a team we really made this work, we really got results and we we're a Happier ME (us).
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I really need some clarity about to go to Vegas, so I want to refresh my body and my mind. I watched the first and second edition of Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead to get myself ready mentally, getting blood work done so i have something to compare and have visual of true results. I'm going to start on the 16th of August of 2015. I know I can find a better me doing this program not only in the eating part of living but to feel healthier to find clarity and peace of mind. IT'S VITAL.

    Day 2 using the app, to bad it doesn't sync with the website. Doesn't matter though, I am excited to be on this journey and keeping it pusing. I am drinking my water and about to drink my mid-morning snack Celery-Pear-Cucumber Juice... I find myself struggling with water although it's not an issue i generally have but I am so being on schedule makes it easier to do. Have a great day rebooters..

    Your journey is your own, that is why it is called Heart (ME) Healthy, when you repeat the name it is referring to yourself. We have many reasons on why we choose to be healthy whether it is to eat clean, right or just plan healthy then this is for you.
