Hey guys, It's been 3 days 8 hours and 13 minutes since I started the reboot and I feel great. I thought it was impossible to go without eating solid foods, but knowledge is everything, My first day was the worst. I kept wanting to eat everything and my mind kept thinking about food. I felt like a drug addict looking for his next fix. I started at 300 lbs and am down 11 lbs to 289. I know it is just a start but I am in this for the long haul. Reading all these posts about people is giving me the will power and boost to keep up with it. My goal to get down to 185 lbs. Thanks for everything and will keep you posted on my results.

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!
