  • About: 27 years old from the Central Coast of NSW Australia. I have a lot of weight to lose and after watching Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, I felt inspired to give a reboot a try.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I have been macro counting and working out but losing weight slowly. I'd like to not only drop a few quick pounds for encouragement, but also cleanse my body of all the crap I sometimes eat. I've also wanted to try living without meat for a long time. Rebooting seemed like a great way to do all of these things. Joining the community for some extra support seemed like a no-brainer!
  • Favorite Juice? Apple, carrot, orange and lemon

    Hi, my name is Kate (aka katiejay/kate.the.warrior). I began adding juice to my life April 9, 2013. Since then, I've lost approximately 170 pounds, have been the featured member twice, a featured success story and am in Joe's new book. Life is radically different. I no longer hide in the shadows. Your reboot can be of any duration from 5 days to 100+. It can be 100% juice or modified juicing with plant-based eating on the side...whatever keeps you going. I do have one request... NO FOOD TALK...it can throw someone off track on a particularly difficult day. We don't need to hear about what you ate, wanted to eat or dreamt of eating. I'd suggest that you try to keep from weighing too often...if you're having a good day - have a good day. Don't let a number dictate whether you feel victorious or defeated. You can join whenever you want....just don't quit and never give up! Sometimes we win & sometimes we learn. "Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible.
