    Hi Rafael,

    There is an APP for phones on the app store for Joe's reboot. You pick the # of days you want to reboot and it will give you all the recipes and the drinks for each day. I have attached a picture of an example of day one for the 30-day Reboot from the APP. When you click on the drink the recipe comes up so you know exactly what to make. There's also other features are really great to help you through your reboot. Hope this helps! I am so excited for you! It really does work. I lost over 40+ lbs. on my first reboot back in 2012, and I did not gain it all back. Pluse my health improved 100%! The way you are going to feel is amazing! The first few days are tuff as your body is going through a tuff detox, but once you get past the first few days it's all good from there!!! Self talk is very important! You are worth it!!!! This is your year!!! Do it for you!!!! I believe in you! You have already taken the first step by being here!!! Don't be hard on yourself! I am here for you! Lindy
