    @ Rob,

Good to see you back on here... that you are still around.

    @ Rob,

Good to hear you are still with those of us continuing our extended juice plan journey. Been away MIA due to returning to work but still occasionally check in.

What was it like for you and your wife coming off the juice plan back onto solid food? Was the transition difficult?

Going back to school was funny particularly as a lot of colleagues noticed something was different but couldn't quite place it. Most said hair cut or hair colour - lol, something that I haven't changed for years! Regardless, I have now interested a number of colleagues, and one mum who came asking for ''my plan''.

I tried the 3 day new year reboot, but didn't move an ounce, so returned to ''my plan''. Weekly weigh in today and another kilo/2.2 lbs lost so all good.

Am heading off to Abu Dhabi soon,so will catch up with you later.

    Happy thoughts and happy juicing.

PS. A colleague was able to get me some kale from somewhere in Dubai recently. Though I am now day 28 on my plan, it was my first time to try kale. All I can say is: Ewwwww! Go baby spinach leaves and bok choy! :)

Maxene---yeah kale can taste kind of bad if you don't offset it with other green veggies and a lemon. Glad to hear you are doing well and still losing weight! Our transition was pretty good...we welcomed having a salad with chicken breast on it whole heartedly! I make a pretty good balsamic vinaigrette! Since we started on 12-16-13 I have lost a total of 22.1 pounds! My wife has lost 11.4 pounds. She is frustrated with the up and down scale results...but I keep telling her that it will fluctuate so don't pay it too much attention. Hope everything is going well for you!

Hello Maxene! I am doing well thank you and yourself? We are just plugging along juicing most of the day and eating a meal at night. It is slower weight loss...but I am ok with that. How are things going your way?
