    I'm tired of spending so much time making juice! I triple the recipes for the sake of efficiency but then I get tired of the same juice for two days. Can anyone recommend a shortcut?

    I noticed that spinach is on the "to eat" but not the "to juice" list. And yet I see a lot of juice recipes with spinach. I have about 5 lbs of spinach here from a friend and would like to juice it if I can.. but my omega juicer doesn't seem to get much juice out of spinach. Does anyone have any tips?

    I am a 131 lb woman trying to lose 11 lbs so that my clothes fit me better. To lose 1 lb/ week, I must consume 1200 calories/ day. I?m finding that if I keep drinking mean green (or anything else) until I?m full, I?ll consume far more calories than 1200 in a day. Did I misunderstand something? Should I be doing something else instead? How can I get myself full enough on just a few glasses of juice so that I make this goal?
