  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I want to lose 40 lbs by the time I turn 40 years old. I know the journey is long, but I am ready to get this going. I have three children and have climbed up on the scale per birth. It is time to take care of myself now, especially since I have a little daughter who I want to influence in a positively healthy way and likewise, want to determine to focus on my wellness for the remainder of my life.

    The worst thing that can happen to you is when you forgot to log out on the computer and someone else saw your real weight : WHAT 183 pounds!!!!!!!. How can I left myself go on to that? I always said that I am going to start today and today and today, and that today never come really. I am hoping that this group can give me enough support to stick to my goal.Please help :-(.
