  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I started taking medicine about 15 years ago and the pounds started coming on. I have tried every diet including weight watchers (9 times) with no help. I have high blood pressure, over the top cholesterol numbers, pre diabetes and just feel like crap. I have watched Joe's film and am impressed with the results people have gotten, I am hoping to get the same results.

    Doing OK. I'm trying to get organized to makeup drinks ahead. I feel fine but it's only day 3. Love the carrot/apple juices, not to hot on the green juice. I stopped by a food cart that does juicing and bought a green juice to see if it would taste as bad as mine, it was a little better. I have to stick with this and my fridge is full of green veges.

    I've done a 15 day reboot in January . I'm hoping to get to 30 days this time. I could use some support if anyone wants to join.
