- About: I am 52. I have mild pre-diabetes symptoms. My blood sugar is on the high side, but not yet diabetic. I have been overweight all my life, and have had a roux-en-Y gastric bypass (about 10 years ago). I often regret this decision, but I know if I did not have it, I would suffer other medical issues that may or may not have resulted in surgery of some kind. My ultimate goal is to lose weight. In a previous 15 day reboot, I had a lot of positive health results, but I feel I'm only 75% "there". I lost about 10 lbs on the last reboot, and kept it off for quite a while, but I lapsed, and need to refocus.

Hi Patty, I'm into salt too, more so than sugar I must confess. Those roux-en-Y bypasses are not all they are cracked up to be, but making it through 8 years is a great result and it's so good to have you when you are only pre-diabetic! We can do so much together to stop your insulin resistance dead in it's tracks.
Juice on and lovely to meet you
