    Got your message in my in box. I love your picture. It looks like Wasaga Beach a little bit north of me. We take a girl's day there every year. My daughter and I have done this since she was a little girl.

    About a year and a half ago I got down to about 150 with the help of a fantastic nutritionist. I did well for about 10 months and then last summer I was on the road with three trips out to Alberta and back. Well, need I say that road trips do not support healthy choices for food. So it was a gradual replacement of calories lost until February. Plenty of terrible choices and I knew it. So here I am starting the journey back. I see the juicing program as the start to getting me back on track for making good choices and a more balanced approach to food in my life.

    I did well today. How about you?

    It's sure not a cake-walk (pun intended!) but I'm determined. 80 days to go.
