    Morning Ottie. Hows it going. How you getting on with juicing? Im on day 2 of juicing. Yesterday was ok. Just finding it hard to do the juice at work. I make 2 x 500ml bottles in the morning and take to work. I have a juice before going to work and herbal tea throughout the day. Then when I get home I make another juice. I dont think im drinking enough juice somehow. Im worried my body will go into starvation mode and when I do eat something stoe it as fat. I have enough of that, dont want anymore lol. Bye for now. :)

    Hi Ottie. Im near Morden. Yes be good to have support along the way. My husbands sick of me being on diets as nothing works, but as I told him this isnt a diet its a healthy lifte change.lol. Yes be nice to go for walks. Where are you based? Yes deffinatley success!
